• Bag the Habit promises Lifetime Performance. We’ll replace any product, at any time, that doesn’t perform as we’ve designed it to. If you require a replacement bag, please mail product to the address below with a detailed reason for the replacement. You will receive confirmation by email within 2 days of receipt, so please be sure to include an email address.

• Bagthehabit.com orders are fully refundable if  returned within 30 days of purchase date in original condition. You must provide proof of order. Returns are credited to your account within 3 business days after receipt of return. Please note, shipping fees aren’t refunded!

• Exchange requests are valid within 30 days of purchase date. The item must be in original condition. Please include the details of your exchange request – confirmation of original order, new items, and email address – in the return package. Requests are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
